By using ProofPair you agree to these terms. If you use the app on Apple devices, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
ProofPair helps you organize before-and-after photos of your work, record task status and pre-existing conditions, and produce a PDF report to share with your customer. The report reflects the information and photos you enter. ProofPair does not verify the accuracy of anything in a report and does not make legal conclusions about work quality, damage or liability.
You own the photos, notes and other content you put into the app. You are responsible for having the right to photograph the property and to share the report with the people you send it to. Do not include photos of people or personal belongings unless you have permission.
You can create and export complete reports for three separate jobs at no charge. Exporting additional new jobs requires a ProofPair Pro subscription.
Your data lives only on your device. If the device is lost, reset or the app is deleted, data that was not backed up is gone. The app provides a backup archive feature; making and safely storing backups is your responsibility.
Do not use ProofPair to create misleading reports, to alter photos to misrepresent work, or in violation of any law.
ProofPair is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost business, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
